Multi-membership Management for Priority Pass

Redesigned the multi-membership management experience for Priority Pass’s new app, unifying fragmented accounts into a single login, adopted by 60%+ of users within 2 months and enabling 4 major EMEA clients to migrate to the new platform.

Designing certainty into the lounge visit

I redesigned the Priority Pass lounge pre-booking flow as a native app experience, taking learnings from where the existing web flow lost members. The result: £1M in revenue, 108k completed bookings, and 304,556 guests served globally.
